Islamzadeh underscored that the festival is a venue the documentary works will be judged by the audience.
"In fact, the festival is a place where the culture and art people, documentarians and filmmakers will gather and a good condition will be created for the works to be seen," he added.
"Of course, I have to say that last year, despite the spread of coronavirus, the festival was not closed and was held online," he said.
He also said in the final part of his speech: "I also participated in this period of Haghighat Film Festival with a documentary, the news of which should be determined through the festival in the next few days."
He said: " This documentary has a different social theme that we have not yet agreed on its name."
