Naderi has been a member of the international selection committee for the Tehran Short Film Festival, Iran International Documentary Film Festival “Cinema Verite”, and the jury for the Hamburg International Short Film Festival. Since 2005, she has been marketing the short films, documentaries, animations, and first feature films as the Marketing Manager of the Iranian Young Cinema Society and then Documentary and Experimental Film Center (DEFC). He later studied filmmaking in Italy and Financement de la culture in France. He worked as a film critic and screenwriter before directing and producing 11 short films and documentaries, and also three documentary series for T.V. His feature documentary film “Tehran Has No More Pomegranates” was selected in more than 120 international festivals, received many prizes, and had a successful theatrical release in US, Canada, Poland, and Iran. He studied theoretical economics, German literature, comparative literature and philosophy at universities of Tehran, Vienna, and Berlin. After obtaining a doctorate in literature and philosophy at the University of Fry- Berlin and collaborating with the Asian Studies Research Institute of this university, he started to work as faculty member and lecturer in School of Literature and Humanities in Shahid Beheshti University. Faridzadeh is in charge of Tehran University Printing & Publications since 2013 and is also the Head of Central Library and Documents Center of Shahid Beheshti University since 2014. Cooperation with Iranian Youth Cinema Society, Documentary and Experimental Film Center, and international and festival section of Farabi Cinema Foundation are among other activities of Raed Faridzadeh.
