He is a translator and researcher and works in the field of commerce in international cinema. Since 2003, he has been a member of the International Fajr International Film Festival team, has collaborated with Children and Young Adoults and Rouyesh Festivals and has been an interpreter in many cultural and artistic events. In 2015 and 2016, Nooraei has been the jury member of the International Archaeological Documentary Film Festival in US. He co-operated with the international section of the Iran International Documentary Festival, Cinema Verite since its first year in 2007, and has been the Head of Business, Marketing and Distribution at Documentary and Experimental Film Center (DEFC) for the past six years. She has been working as an international expert at Documentary and Experimental Film Center (DEFC) since 2002, and has worked on introducing  and distributing films to the world markets. Hosseini has been the International affairs and Festival programmer of Iran International Documentary Film Festival, Cinema Verite, since 2008. She has been working on distributing short films in the International section of Iranian Young Cinema Society since 1996. Naderi has been a member of the international selection committee for the Tehran Short Film Festival, Iran Cinema Verite Documentary Film Festival of the Truth and the jury for the Hamburg International Short Film Festival. Since 2005, she has been marketing the short films, documentaries, animations and first feature films as the Marketing Manager of the Iranian Young Cinema Society and then Documentary and Experimental Film Center (DEFC).
