Many had children they could not take with them. The “Proyecto Hogares” (Project Homes) was born for those children, a community that brought together about 60 children under the care of 20 adults named as “Padres Sociales” (social parents). Years later, one of these girls tries to find her way back to this story which has been kept in a trunk, to which she returns every few years as if it were a hidden treasure.
