He is a translator and researcher and works in the field of commerce in international cinema. Since 2003, he has been a member of the International Fajr International Film Festival team, has collaborated with Children and Young Adults and Rouyesh Festivals and has been an interpreter in many cultural and artistic events. In 2015 and 2016, Nooraei has been the jury member of the International Archaeological Documentary Film Festival in US. He co-operated with the international section of the Iran International Documentary Festival “Cinema Verite” since its first year in 2007, and has been the Head of Business, Marketing and Distribution at Documentary and Experimental Film Center (DEFC) for the past four years.
